I have limited availability for commissions due to high demand. It will next be opening up to new clients on the 5th May at 8pm (BST).
Due to high demand the waitlist is limited numbers and will close once it's reached capacity.
How do I add my name to the waitlist once it's open?
When the waitlist opens up you'll be able to secure your spot by placing an order for a small deposit of £20. This guarantees you'll be contacted for a commission between May-September of this year and will be deducted from the final cost of your order.
Please note, this is the only way to add your name to the waitlist. No requests are taken through email or direct messages. The waitlist is limited numbers and will close once it's reached capacity.
I'm currently on the waitlist, what happens next?
Once you reach the top of the list I will be in touch via email. You will have access to an order form where you'll be able to create a brief for your portrait. You'll then be asked to email across your images which will be reviewed before providing you with a total quote.
Please refer to 'FAQ's' to see my top tips on choosing reference photos. Keep in mind that the quality of the photo directly affects the result. The better the photo, the better the portrait.
Secure your slot
After we've finalised all of the details you will then receive an invoice. Payment is due within 48 hours to reserve your slot.
Turnaround time
Once your slot is secured the turnaround time to receive your proof image is 12 weeks (Christmas orders are delivered by 21st December).
Revisions
Upon receiving your proof up to two revisions can be made free of charge. Any further changes or changes differing from or not included on your original brief will be charged accordingly.
Please ensure to take your time when choosing reference photos and submitting your preferences. These cannot be changed once work has begun.
Final portrait
Once your proof is approved you will receive your high resolution digital file ready to download. If you have also added a print or canvas these will be posted out to you.
