I'm not currently taking on any new commissions as my waitlist is full. It will next be opening up to new clients on the 5th May at 8pm (BST).

Digital downloads are available worldwide. They are emailed across as high resolution digital files ready for you to print yourself up to poster size. Prints and canvases are currently only available within the UK.

How long does the process take?

Standard turnaround time is 12 weeks from securing your slot. (Express delivery within 2 weeks may be available depending on availability).

Christmas orders - these will be delivered by the 21st December

Delivery for prints is approx 1-3 business days.
Delivery for canvases is approx 3-7 business days.

What photos work best?

My top tips:

- The most important part is to ensure that each person's facial features are clearly shown.

- If sending only a close up send further images for body reference.

- Always submit the original photo at full file size, no screenshots.

- Avoid submitting selfies or filtered photos.

- Submit the full photo and specify who is to be included rather than cropping.

- Choose photos taken from similar perspectives.

- If submitting old, non digitalised photographs, ensure to scan them in to retain quality.

Taking new photos for your portrait?

- Have a think about how you'd like the person to look in the final outcome. Will they be standing, sitting? Position them accordingly.

- Take your photo in natural lighting, avoid heavy sunlight or harsh shadows.

- If taking photos indoors position your subject facing a window.

- Take the photo at their eye level, especially important for children.

Can I change my reference photos?

Please ensure you have taken time to choose your reference photos prior to purchasing. It is not possible to change these after work has begun.

Can my old, blurry photo be used?

Possibly! Whilst the best outcome does come from clear, high resolution photos I do understand that this isn't always possible. I have a lot of experience working with old photographs due to the nature of my work. I do recommend all non digitalised photos are scanned in to retain quality.

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to each portrait being personalised I have a no refund/return policy. Cancellations and the changing of reference photos are only accepted if work has not yet begun.
If you're unhappy with your portrait for whatever reason please let me know upon receiving your proof. Two revisions can be completed free of charge, significant changes or revisions past this point will be at an additional cost. Once the proof is approved no further changes can be made.

How many photos can you combine?

I can combine as many photos/people into one portrait as you'd like!

Are the portraits hand drawn?

No, the portraits are digitally created and are not fully hand drawn
